The Challenge

Dryshod came to Peer after months of running search and social ads that weren’t producing the traffic or conversions they expected. Under the hood, their campaigns weren’t targeted, weren’t strategic, and tracking was lacking.

We didn’t change the budget.

We ran a full 39-point audit of Dryshod’s paid media. That means a deep dive into how every campaign was set up, what was missing, and where their dollars were going. We compared their results against current benchmarks for each channel, so they could see what “good” really looked like.
Then, we rebuilt their paid media strategy using the same dollars, just smarter. That meant launching full-funnel campaigns across search, display, YouTube, and Meta. It also meant designing new creative aligned with their brand and their buyers.
And (most importantly), we implemented tracking across the full user journey, from click to checkout. Now, we can track performance by channel and optimize every step of the buyer’s journey.
Within weeks, the results started coming in. Their search campaigns led the way, driving $24.5K in revenue, more than 250 conversions, and a 20.81% click-through rate. And there was no guesswork — because we were sharing the data to prove it.
